Aloysius Anagonye is a Nigerian-American leadership strategist, championship athlete, and founder of ACAN International. This development agency uses the power of sports, leadership, and culture to drive impact across communities, industries, and nations.

​

Rooted in Detroit, Michigan, Aloysius brings the discipline of a pro athlete and the vision of a builder. He helped lead Michigan State University to the 2000 NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship, then played professionally for over 15 years in 8 countries, gaining global respect as both a player and a community leader.

Today, Aloysius merges his on-court experience with entrepreneurial strategy to design coaching systems, build development programs, and lead international partnerships that empower individuals and transform communities.
